CUSTOMER QUALIFICATIONS
Nurre Caxton reserves the right to qualify its customers based on certain criteria.
All potential customers must submit an application form with a copy of a tax exemption certificate and an active business license, where applicable.
Customers may apply for credit terms by completing all portions of the credit application to include bank references and three commercial trade references. Please allow up to 14 days processing.
Orders can be shipped COD or prepaid with a credit card: Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
FREIGHT
Orders of 5 chops or more (wood and metal combined) receive FREE UPS Ground shipping, excluding the Caribbean, Alaska and Hawaii.
Chop orders filled from an alternate center will be shipped at no additional charge, excluding those mouldings available only from specific warehouses.
If Priority or 2-Day premium shipping from an alternative location is requested, the customer will be responsible for the difference in cost from regular ground service.
Moulding profiles 63300, 3400 and 64400 are only available as chops or joined frames from Whittier, CA and Sunrise, FL and do not qualify for 5 Chops/Free shipping or free freight due to stock-outs; please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
Clearance specials and discontinued mouldings do not qualitfy for free freight.
Backorders will not be shipped prepaid.
Pre-arranged pick up orders are welcomed at all four of our Distribution Centers, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. local time.
SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise specified.
UPS charges will be calculated according to package size and weight classifications.
Any package that exceeds 60" in length will incur an additional handling charge.If the invoice totals less than $35.00, there will be a $3.50 charge.
Any package that measures 84" or more in length and girth combined, regardless of weight, is considered "oversized" and will be charged accordingly.
If a package is considered "oversized", it's weight will be rated at 30 pounds or its actual weight, whichever is greater.
UPS will not accept packages over 130" in length and girth combined, packages over 108" in length only or packages weighing more than 150 pounds. Alternate shipping methods will be made available.
The freight portion of the invoice will automatically combine the normal shipping and handling charges, charges for premium services (if requested), additional handling fees imposed by UPS, oversize package charges and COD charges where applicable.
PACKAGING AND PRODUCT GUARANTEE
We do our best to provide our customers with high quality products and fulfillment services. If, however, you are not satisfied with your shipment, please call our Customer Serice department within 30 days of receipt. Toll Free Phone 1.800.526.9073.
If your package is received damaged due to shipping, we suggest you refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
For pre-approved returns, other than those returned under our damaged goods policy, a 20% re-stocking fee and return freight charge will be imposed.
INVOICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Nurre Caxton terms are net 30 from date of invoice. Any account with balances reaching 45 days beyond invoice date may be subject to a credit hold and delay of orders until the account is brought to a current standing. A 1.5% finance charge will will be assessed on invoices exceeding 45 days from date of invoice.
LIMITED WARRANTY Discaimer of implied warranties and limitations of remedies: except where seller has provide a written limited warranty for its product(s). Sell warrants only that at the time of shipment and goods sold hereunder will be a described in the order. Sell makes no other warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purposse. Seller shall hace no liability of an incidental or consequental damages. The sole and exclusive remedy provided by the seller on account of any warranties or claims of any kind shall be limited to the replacement of the goods in qwuestion or at the sellers option, a credit to the buyer of the purchase price paid. No person is authorized to make any representation of warranty on behalf of the seller exccept as expressly set forth above and any such statement shall not be binding on seller.
